Southwell & Kempton this Week

All Weather Racing for Southwell & Kempton this Week

Evening All,

We look ahead to the rest of the weeks racing after a day of seconds! Our first bet went in Mawasem won at 7/4 for a 3pt win bet. Then HillStreet came in 2nd at 2.06, following that Terdaad went down by a Nk at 4.45 and finally Veloce came up a length short to Fade to Grey at 5/2. An edge of the seat day where every horse is vying for pole position.

On Saturday with our normal email we advised all members that despite the lack of All Weather action over the weekend we were going to have 2 bets and both paid well, Lui Rei winning at Newbury and Memory Cloth coming a close second also at Newbury.

The week ahead has only 2 days of All Weather racing;

Tuesday – Southwell

Wednesday – Southwell & Kempton

The rest of the week see’s standard turf racing. We have received info already of a good bet for the feature Fillies Handicap at Southwell on Wednesday. Also for the feature race of the card at Kempton that evening. While the week ahead is quite on the all weather front we will get involved with some of the bigger racing towards the weekend to keep the betting bank ticking over.

Weak Cards at both Southwell & Kempton

Southwell

While the racing at both Southwell & Kempton is not spectacular it can always be relied upon to throw up some good winners and we will never say no to a decent profit no matter where it comes from, we are far from racing snobs here at AWI towers. The best race is a  class 4 handicap at both tracks not exactly ‘black type’ sorts on show but we’ll take it.

All the info for these meetings will be sent to members the morning before racing this week, to get involved wit our successful service just visit our Join Now page and sign up.

Until next post,

Best of Luck,

Lincoln at Doncaster this Weekend

Doncaster Finish

Lincoln Bet - Start the Flat Season Winning

Evening All,

While our bet for the Winter Derby went down and that was not for the lack of trying. The Lincoln is the first Heritage Handicap of the flat season and we intend to get the season off to a flyer. The first card of the flat is always generally very strong and with 2 listed races also on the card the quality will be in abundance.

Lincoln Heritage Handicap – Always a hard race for Punter’s to decipher

It is never easy to have the answer to the racing form for the very start of the season. All stable’s will be confident they have their preparations right and their own charges have overwintered in a positive manner. The free timeform site has some good information on the Lincoln for the weekend to help sort the wheat from the chaff.

While using the paper and Timeform and all of the other free resources available to get the winner for this race, there is no stand out and we have looked at all the early info only to have a list of three or four possibles?

Lincoln Short List

  1. Mia’s Boy – Course & Distance specialist, currently best 20/1
  2. Eton Forever – Popular in early markets, currently best 6/1
  3. Mull of Killough – Improvement needed but best not shown yet, 20/1
  4. Clockmaker – if he runs could go well, 25/1

That complete’s our early thoughts on the Lincoln Heritage Handicap for Doncaster this Saturday. We will be having a punt and our money will most definitely be down. Keep an eye here for progress.

Until Next Time,

AWI Team
